Descriptive Information about the Record (click to expand) Provenance Deposited by the Vicar and Parochial Church Council in August 1984.
-Introduction The church at Addlestone (architect Mr Savage) was built by public subscription in 1838 as a chapel, and assigned an ecclesiastical district within the parish of Chertsey. The site was provided by George Holme Sumner. A chancel was added in 1855 (see ADD/7/8). Addlestone became a separate new parish in 1857 (see ADD/7/8 and -/9/1).
