A schedule of fittings includes a number of marble and other fireplaces, water closets and window and door furnishings. The house appears to be one of a terrace of large houses (it includes a schoolroom), probably in London. The Commissioners of HM's woods, forest and land revenues are also mentioned but are probably not a party to the deed.
