HER 13263 - TILFORD HOUSE FARM HOUSE
House. 16th century with 17th century extensions and 19th century addition to rear. Timber framed to right with brick infill, once colourwashed and now worn away, some in diagonal pattern, Bargate stone rubble with brick dressings to left, brick extensions to rear. Plain tiled roof, hipped to front, half-hipped to rear. T-shaped plan. Two storeys with ridge stack to right of centre. Casement fenestration; two 2-light and one 3-light window on the first floor, 4 windows below. 6-panel door to ground floor centre under flat hood on brackets. Right hand return fronts Brick dentil eaves and 3, flat roofed dormers to left, centre and right. Cambered-head ground floor casement windows. Listing NGR: SU8693643621
