HER 15095 - Sutton Place
A Landscape park laid out in the late 18th or 19th century to accompany a Tudor mansion, with gardens and pleasure grounds largely laid out in the 19th century and early 20th century. In the 1980s Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe designed features which were inserted into several of the existing garden compartments, with a lake which was laid out in the park; together these form one of his most important works.
