HER 1600 - Three 4th century pottery kilns, Tilford
Three Roman kilns, two of which were adjoining. Known pottery ware types indicate production took place during the mid-2nd to 5th centuries, with major output 320 to 5th century. Excavated by Clark and Major A G Wade. The site falls under pasture and no further finds have been made. The finds are in Guildford Museum">Guildford Museum.
