The old photograph above shows the farmyard belonging to Home Farm, the new farm which Lord Lovelace built to the north of Horsley Towers, with the “cow tunnel” which led to the fields. The whole area has now been smartened up and made into bedrooms with a fountain in the middle of the quadrangle, as seen below.
