Food in Surrey – Source Packs
These resource packs provide teachers with access to primary sources from Surrey’s archives. Sources include Tudor letters and menus, recipes from the Stuart and Georgian period, together with Victorian inventions and food campaigns in the world wars. These sources can be used for an in depth local history study or as a foundation for cross curricular learning.
