Part of the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Grant for the ‘Buried Battles and Veterans’ Voices’ project was used to create an exhibition.

The exhibition gives a brief history of The Queen’s Royal Surrey Regiment and its distinguished predecessors, illustrated with items from the archive, and explains how to use the archive.

The exhibition was previously displayed in the Surrey History Centre foyer. To see the exhibition on-line click on one of the small pictures below. Click on the right or left margin of the larger image to go to the next or previous panel.

Want to hire this display? As a travelling exhibition, this display can be hired for free and displayed at your venue. Please contact Di Stiff at the Surrey History Centre for further details; telephone 01483 518740 or email: [email protected]   For more information about this fascinating project, the unique archive and how the records can be used please contact Di Stiff as above.
